BIOGRAPHY
Richard Katchmark, CPA, MBA

Richard Katchmark is the Chief Financial Officer of a District of Columbia real estate management and development company. He is also a Certified Public Accountant with additional corporate experience progressing from mail-boy, mailing clerk, payroll clerk, accountant, controller, division manager, vice president, independent consultant, and then to chief financial officer.

After completing military service, and while married with young children, Mr. Katchmark worked full time and completed a night school undergraduate degree program at Point Park College. He continued his graduate training at night and obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from West Virginia University, concurrently, earning CPA credentials. He has taught business management and accounting classes one night per week at Belmont Technical College and Point Park College. Currently he is on the adjunct faculty of the University of Virginia. In conjunction with the University of Virginia, Mr. Katchmark has facilitated special programs for the Internal Revenue Service, Sallie Mae, and TRW Corporation.

Mr. Katchmark has earned from The American Seminar Leaders Association designation as a Certified Seminar Leader. He has facilitated adult training and continuing education classes at Allegheny Community College and The Learning Annex. Along with his wife he has presented talks at various Marriage Encounter programs and other church related events. He has written manuscripts, and developed programs entitled:

In addition he has created a spiritual fiction story entitled "Dancing with the Dolphins."

Richard Katchmark lives in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife of thirty-three years. Their three boys have exited the nest and are creating successful lives for themselves.
